Payment
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card payments via Paypal only.
The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to KAT Ltd have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling. Once you have placed your order, a paypal confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, KAT Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery
We ship World-Wide to the countries listed on our website.  Once you have chosen your products, please go to checkout to see the delivery cost for your country. Some items may not be carried in stock, and may require a longer delivery time. Please check on each product for typical delivery durations.

Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions will be handled through paypal only.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We do not store any customers financial or credit card details in any form. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. For fitted parts and perishable products, we do not accept returns. Other products have a 12 Month warranty for parts and labour unless stated otherwise.

Without prejudice to this Condition KAT Ltd shall not be liable to the Buyer or any third party for any loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered the Buyer arising in any way from this agreement.

KAT Ltd shall not be responsible for delay if the causes of delay were beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
The Buyer will indemnify KAT Ltd against all claims which result from the operations of the Buyer.

Force majeure
KAT Ltd shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strike, lock-out, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply.

No Assignment
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Licensee’s rights under this Agreement are strictly personal to the Licensee who shall not wholly or partially assign, sub-license, delegate, transfer, charge or otherwise dispose of such rights without KAT Ltd’s prior written consent.

Entire Agreement.
This Agreement sets out the entire agreement and understanding between the parties at the date of this Agreement and supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements (whether oral or in writing) between or relating to the same.  This Agreement can only be modified by a written instrument signed by both parties in which it is specifically expressed that such instrument constitutes an amendment to this Agreement.

No Partnership
Nothing contained in or implied by this Agreement is intended to or will create any partnership or joint venture between the parties and nothing in this Agreement shall make one party the agent of the other with the power to bind the other in respect of any of the rights and duties in this Agreement.

Third Parties
The parties do not intend that any term of this Agreement shall be enforceable solely by virtue of the Contracts (Trade Mark of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to this Agreement.

No Waiver
No waiver, express or implied, by either party of any term or condition or any breach by the other of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of any breach of the same or any other provision of this Agreement.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of England and Wales shall govern this agreement and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
